“And above all things have fervent love for one another, for ‘love will cover a multitude of sins.’ Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
1 Peter 4:8-10
At Redwood Valley Community Church we strive to be a church that reaches out to our community.
We do this in a number of different ways:
The food pantry is available for anyone in need. If you are in need of assistance, please stop by our church Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 p.m – 3:00p.m.
The Buddy Eller Center is a shelter providing food and a safe place to sleep for those experiencing hard times. Tony Huerta leads a team of volunteers from our church in cooking dinner for those at the center. If you are interested in joining Tony as he feeds the homeless please contact him at 707-481-8398.
The Center is a Pro-Life Christian organization in Mendocino County that helps women who are experiencing un-planned pregnancies. Our church helps support the Center both financially and through prayer.
Our church helps financially support missionary Gerry Burney as he reaches out to the inmates in the Mendocino County Jail. Gerry provides Bibles and leads Bible studies with the inmates, teaching them about the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.
If you are interested in helping in any of these areas of outreach by proving food, clothes, physical service or finances, please contact Angie in the church office at (707)-485-8541 or [email protected]
